Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ManukaMend™. Below you’ll find important information about how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

  • To protect product integrity, orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday to prevent heat exposure or transit delays over the weekend.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Priority Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.25 flat rate

All shipping times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on location, delivery speed, and service availability.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. ManukaMend is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number if your package is delayed or missing. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our support team.
